 EXCHANGE and REFUND POLICY

At fibRwear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7 day exchange policy  

  • Product(s) can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product should be unused and unwashed.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • The final products color may vary due to lighting used during shoots, therefore this reason is not applicable for an exchange.
  • Only wrongly delivered or defected products will be exchanged.
  • To get the amount refunded, Customer will self-dispatch the parcel.
  • Until the returned goods are received into our warehouse, the returned parcel for refund remains the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once fibRwear receives returned products, refund requests will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Your shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation policy

  • Order is valid for cancellation any time before it is processed.
  • Through an email, you will receive a confirmation message and tracking details after the order is shipped.
  • After the order is shipped, the Return and Exchange policy is applicable.
  • The order by Fibrwear can be cancelled for certain reasons like unavailability of the item in stock or declined credit card payment.
